Position Title: Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor (CTRI)
Manager/Supervisor: Program Director
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Responsibilities:
- Teach and lead therapeutic riding sessions.
- Assist in horse care, lesson planning, and client evaluations.
Qualifications/Skills:
- 10+ years of working horse experience, including the ability to walk, trot, canter, and lead horses confidently.
- PATH International Certified or willingness to become certified (mentorship provided).
- Teaching experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills required.
Additional Information:
- This is a paid internship initially for non-certified applicants, transitioning to a part-time or full-time position upon certification (around 6 months).
Position Title: Equine Specialist in Mental Health and Learning (ESMHL)
Manager/Supervisor: Program Director

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and educators to develop and facilitate equine-assisted psychotherapy and learning programs.
Qualifications/Skills:
- 10+ years of working horse experience, including horse behavior, temperaments, and reactions.
- PATH International Certified or willingness to become certified (mentorship provided).
- Excellent communication skills required.
